The Family Procedure Rule Committee makes the following rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 19821, section 110(4) of the County Courts Act 19842, paragraph 14(2) of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Female Genital Mutilation Act 20033 and sections 75 and 76 of the Courts Act 20034, after consulting in accordance with section 79 of the Courts Act 2003.
