Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16(1)(a) and (5) and 17(2)(b) of the Further and Higher Education Act 19921 (“the Act”).
In accordance with section 16A(1) of the Act, the Secretary of State has published a draft of the proposed order in the prescribed manner2.
