1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Water Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2015.

(2) In this Order—

“the 1991 Act” means the Water Industry Act 1991(1);

“the 2014 Act” means the Water Act 2014.
