Amendment of regulation 8 U.K.

3.—(1) Regulation 8(1) (general interpretation) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2), for “18(7) and (8)” substitute “18(4) and (5)”;

(3) In paragraph (3), for “18(8)” substitute “18(5)”; and

(4) In paragraph (4), for “18(8)” substitute “18(5)”.
