This Order may be cited as the South Sudan (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2015 and it comes into force on 12th August 2015.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the South Sudan (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 20143.

This Order extends to the territories listed in Schedule 1 to the principal Order.
Amendments to the principal Order2
In article 3(1) (Interpretation) of the principal Order, for the definition of “the Council Regulation” substitute—
“the Council Regulation” means Council Regulation (EU) No. 2015/735 adopted by the Council of the European Union on 7th May 20154 concerning restrictive measures in respect of South Sudan;
