Determination of multiple disputes4

The Authority may, if it considers it appropriate to do so, consolidate into one or more categories (in each case a “consolidated group”) similar or related disputes for the purposes of determining those disputes.

A determination made by the Authority in respect of a consolidated group applies to each individual dispute in that group.
