These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Competitive Tenders for Offshore Transmission Licences) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 3rd August 2015.

Subject to regulation 2, the Electricity (Competitive Tenders for Offshore Transmission Licences) Regulations 2013 (“the 2013 Regulations”)4 are revoked.
