Amendments to the Childcare (Supply and Disclosure of Information) (England) Regulations 20072
In Schedule 1 to the Childcare (Supply and Disclosure of Information) (England) Regulations 20072—
a
in paragraph 6(d) after “registration” insert “, generally or only in relation to particular premises”; and
b
for paragraph 8(b) and (c), substitute—
b
the child’s home,
c
other domestic premises, or
d
non-domestic premises.
