PART 1 Amendments

Amendments to the Childcare (Supply and Disclosure of Information) (England) Regulations 2007

2.  In Schedule 1 to the Childcare (Supply and Disclosure of Information) (England) Regulations 2007(1)—

(a) in paragraph 6(d) after “registration” insert “, generally or only in relation to particular premises”; and

(b) for paragraph 8(b) and (c), substitute—

“(b) the child’s home,

(c) other domestic premises, or

(d) non-domestic premises.”.
