Except for paragraphs 4 (apparatus in streets subject to temporary prohibition or restriction), 8, 9 (retained apparatus: protection), 10 (expenses) and 11 (indemnity) this Schedule does not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and National Grid are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 of the 1991 Act.
