Offshore decommissioning
15.—(1) No offshore works may commence until a decommissioning programme in compliance with any notice served on the undertaker by the Secretary of State under section 105(2) of the 2004 Act(1) has been submitted to the Secretary of State for approval.
(2) The programme submitted must accord with the principles set out in the outline decommissioning statement.
