Progress of authorised scheme

32.

The undertaker must keep Trinity House, the MCA and the MMO informed of progress of the authorised scheme including—

(a)

notice of commencement of construction of the authorised scheme within 24 hours of commencement having occurred;

(b)

notice within 24 hours of any aids to navigation being established by the undertaker; and

(c)

notice within 5 working days of completion of construction of the authorised scheme.
