110.  After regulation 37 (test purchases) insert—

“37A    Investigatory powers

For the purposes of regulations 38 to 41, 45 and 50 any reference to an enforcement authority is a reference to any enforcement authority other than—

(a) local weights and measures authorities; and

(b) the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment.”.
