64.  In regulation 28 (powers of entry and inspection)—

(a) omit paragraphs (1) to (5);

(b) in paragraph (6) for “by virtue of this regulation” substitute “for the purposes of these Regulations”; and

(c) omit paragraphs (8) and (9).
