81. In regulation 23 (powers of entry and inspection)—
(a)omit paragraphs (1) to (5);
(b)in paragraph (6) for “by virtue of this regulation” substitute “for the purposes of these Regulations”; and
(c)omit paragraphs (8) and (9).
