The Competition Appeal Tribunal Rules 2015

Having consulted in accordance with section 15(1) of the Enterprise Act 20021, the Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1) to (3) of, and Part 2 of Schedule 4 to, that Act and sections 192(3) and (4) and 193(1), (2)(b) and (3) of the Communications Act 20032.
