In regulation 2 (Interpretation)—
(a)
after the definition of “the Act” insert—
““the 2014 Regulations” means the School and Early Years Finance (England) Regulations 20143.”
(b)
after the definition of “early years childminder agency” insert—
““early years pupil premium” has the meaning given in regulation 1 of the School and Early Years Finance (England) Regulations 2014”
