The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme Regulations 20143 are amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(a)(ii) of Schedule 1, after “annual balance sheet total” insert “in excess”.

In paragraph 12 of Schedule 2, omit sub-paragraph (b).

In Schedule 4—
a
in paragraph 6, after “28” insert “days”;

in paragraph 12, omit “calendar”; and
c
in paragraph 13, for “appeal body” substitute “Planning Appeals Commission”.
