Transitional and saving provisions6.
The amendments to Chapter 4 of Part 16 of the 2006 Act brought into force by article 2(d) do not have effect in relation to the application of any provisions of the 2006 Act to—
(a)
limited liability partnerships by regulations 43 to 46 of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 20086;
(b)
unregistered companies by regulation 3 of the Unregistered Companies Regulations 20097;
(c)
companies registered pursuant to section 1040 of the 2006 Act by regulation 18 of the Companies (Companies Authorised to Register) Regulations 20098.
