Information on indemnity arrangements required on restoration4

For the purpose of determining if there is, or will be as necessary, appropriate cover under an indemnity arrangement for the purpose of complying with section 26A or 36L,the registrar may by notice in writing request further evidence, documents or information from a person referred to in rule 3, where the registrar—
a
is of the opinion that the information given by that person under rule 3 is incomplete in any material respect; or
b
considers that supplementary information is required for that purpose.

The person shall provide the evidence, documents or information requested pursuant to paragraph (1) within the period of 28 days beginning with the date of the request.
