The authorised development must not be commissioned until a written biodiversity enhancement and management plan has been submitted to and, after consultation with Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, approved by the planning authority.

The plan submitted and approved must—
a
be in accordance with the survey results and mitigation and enhancement measures included in chapter 12 of the environmental statement, the biodiversity strategy and the indicative landscaping strategy;
b
include an implementation timetable and details relating to maintenance and management.

The plan must be implemented as approved.
