Provision of landscaping7

Each part of the authorised development must not be commissioned until a written detailed landscaping scheme for that part has been submitted to and approved by the planning authority.

Each scheme submitted and approved must include details of all proposed hard and soft landscaping works, including—
a
the treatment of hard surfaced areas;
b
earthworks, including the proposed levels and contours of landscaped areas;
c
the seed mix for areas of grassland;
d
tree and shrub planting, including the height, size and species and the density of distribution;
e
the management of existing and new areas of grassland and tree and shrub planting;
f
an implementation timetable for the phasing and completion of the landscaping works.

Each scheme submitted and approved must be in accordance with the indicative landscaping plan, the biodiversity strategy and the biodiversity enhancement and management plan.
