10.—(1) Regulation 76(2)(c) is amended as follows.
(2) After “a notice”, insert “or notification”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (iv), at the end, omit “or”.
(4) In sub-paragraph (v), at the end, for “.”, substitute “; or”.
(5) After sub-paragraph (v), insert—
“(vi)paragraph 7(7)(a), 8(14)(a) or (b), or 9(7)(a) of Schedule 6A.”.
