4. For paragraph (3) of regulation 15, substitute—
“(3) The following provisions do not so apply—
(a)regulation 12(2); and
(b)Chapter 3 of this Part (except that regulation 16(3A) and Schedule 6A do apply where the operator of an excluded installation has been given a change of status notice).”.
