8.—(1) Regulation 70(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (f), at the end, omit “or”.

(3) For sub-paragraph (g), substitute—

“(g) pursuant to paragraph 6(2), 8(4)(a), or 8(5)(a) of Schedule 6; or”.

(4) After sub-paragraph (g), insert—

“(h) pursuant to paragraph 7(2) or 9(2) of Schedule 6A.”.
