PART 5Contracts: required terms

Membership of a CCG21.

A contract must contain a term which has the effect of requiring the contractor to—

(a)

be a member of a CCG; and

(b)

appoint at least one individual who is a health care professional to act on the contractor's behalf in the dealings between the contractor and the CCG to which the contractor belongs.
