A contractor must record and submit any data required by F4NHS England for the purposes of the F5NHS Digital Workforce Collection (known as the “Workforce Minimum Data Set”) in accordance with paragraph (2).

The data referred to in paragraph (1) must be appropriately coded by the contractor in line with agreed standards set out in guidance published by F4NHS England, and must be submitted to the Centre using the data entry module on the National Workforce Reporting System, which is a facility provided by F4NHS England to the contractor for this purpose.

The contractor must ensure that the coded data is available for collection by F4NHS England at such intervals during each financial year as are notified to the contractor by F4NHS England.
