Cessation of service provision: information requests16
Where a contractor is to cease to be required to provide to its patients—
a
a particular additional service;
b
a particular enhanced service; or
c
out of hours services, either at all or in respect of some periods or some services,
the contractor must comply with any reasonable request for information relating to the provision of that service, or those services, made by the Board or by any person with whom the Board intends to enter into a contract for the provision of such services.
