Cessation of service provision: information requestsE+W
16. Where a contractor is to cease to be required to provide to its patients—
[F1(a)minor surgery;]
(b)a particular enhanced service; or
(c)out of hours services, either at all or in respect of some periods or some services,
the contractor must comply with any reasonable request for information relating to the provision of that service, or those services, made by [F2NHS England] or by any person with whom [F2NHS England] intends to enter into a contract for the provision of such services.
