Amendment of the Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009 E+W

4.  In regulation 2(1) of the Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009 M1 (interpretation), for paragraph (b)(i) of the definition of “relevant complaints procedure” substitute—

“(i) regulation 79 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015;”.
