7.  In regulation 26 of the National Health Service (Performers Lists) (England) Regulations 2013 M1 (application for inclusion in the medical performers list), for “paragraph 124 of Schedule 6 to the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2004 (gifts)” in paragraph (3)(b) substitute “ regulation 93 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015 ”.
