Amendment of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 20138
In regulation 2 of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013 M1 (interpretation), for the definition of “GMS Regulations” substitute—
“GMS Regulations” means the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015;
