1. In regulation 2 of the Primary Medical Services (Sale of Goodwill and Restrictions on Sub-contracting) Regulations 2004 M1 (interpretation), for the definition of “PMS Agreements Regulations” substitute—
““PMS Agreements Regulations” means the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2015;”.

““PMS Agreements Regulations” means the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2015;”.
