Amendment of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 20134
In regulation 2 of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013 M1 (interpretation), for the definition of “PMS Regulations” substitute—
“PMS Regulations” means the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2015;
