5.  In regulation 2 of the National Health Service (Clinical Commissioning Groups – Disapplication of Responsibility Regulations 2013 M1 (persons for whom [F1 an integrated care board] does not have responsibility in relation to its duty to commission services), in paragraph (4)(a), for “paragraph 15 of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2004” substitute “ paragraph 19 of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2015 ”.
