In the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes) (Exemptions) Order 200114, after article 16(3)15 (communications required or authorised by enactments) insert—

A communication permitted by Article 30 or 31 of Regulation (EU) No 2015/760 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29th April 2015 on European Long-term Investment Funds is to be treated as authorised by another enactment for the purposes of paragraph (1).
