Amendment of the Enterprise Act 2002 U.K.

18.—(1) The Enterprise Act 2002 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In Part 2 of Schedule 13 (listed Directives and Regulations) M2 , after paragraph 14 insert—

“15.   Article 10(4) of Regulation (EU) 2015/751 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29th April 2015 on interchange fees for card-based payment transactions.”.

(3) In Schedule 15 (enactments conferring functions) M3 at the end insert—

“The Payment Card Interchange Fee Regulations 2015.”.
