After a statement under regulation 28 (public censure) is published, the FCA must send a copy of it to the person concerned and to any person to whom a copy of the decision notice was given under section 393(4) (third party rights) of the 2000 Act(1) (as applied by regulation 44 (application of Part 26 of the 2000 Act)).
Section 393(4) is amended by paragraph 32 of Schedule 9 to the Financial Services Act 2012.
