Coming into force

The Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5, 6(1) to (4) and (9), 7(1) and (2), 28(2) and 161(2) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 20151.

A draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with sections 6(10) and 161(4) of that Act.
