11. In Schedule 6 to the GMS Contracts Regulations (other contractual terms), in paragraph 68(1) (appraisal and assessment), for the words “United Kingdom Armed Forces of Her Majesty” in sub-paragraph (3) substitute “armed forces of the Crown”.
