The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21C(1) and 29 of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985(1):

1985 c. 23. Section 54 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 (c. 2) inserted section 21C of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985.
