The Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 199252 are amended as follows.

In regulation 7(1)(b) (net income: calculation or estimation of N)53, for “or the Welfare Reform Act” substitute “, the Welfare Reform Act or Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014”.

In paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 1 (calculation of N and M)54, for “or the Welfare Reform Act” substitute “, the Welfare Reform Act or Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014”.
