In Schedule 1 (rules for the ascertainment of earnings factors) to the Social Security (Earnings Factor) Regulations 197919—
(a)
in paragraph 1(2) after “section 13(2) of the Act”, insert “or section 2(4) of the Pensions Act 2014”;
(b)
in paragraph 4 after “section 13(2)(a) of the Act”, insert “or section 2(4) of the Pensions Act 2014”.
