The Income Support (General) Regulations 198721 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “the benefit Acts”, for “and Part 4 of the 2012 Act” substitute “, Part 4 of the 2012 Act and Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014”22.

In paragraph 12(1)(c) (additional condition for the Higher Pensioner and Disability Premiums)23 of Schedule 2 (applicable amounts) after “that Act” insert “or a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014”.
