8. The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Service of Notices) Regulations 2001(1) apply to any notice given by or to the Authority under these Regulations as they apply to relevant documents within the meaning of regulation 1(2)(2) of those Regulations with the following modifications—
(a)references to an investigating authority apply as if they are references to the Authority; and
(b)regulation 6A is omitted.
