The Statutory Paternity Pay, Statutory Adoption Pay and Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Amendment) Regulations 2015

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 171ZJ(1) and (5), 171ZS(1) and (5) and 171ZZ4(1) and (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921. The Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that proposals in respect of these Regulations need not be referred to it2.
