Post-construction maintenance plan
17.
(1)
A post-construction maintenance plan must be submitted for written approval by the MMO at least 4 months before the licensed activities are commissioned, based on the maintenance in the outline maintenance plan.
(2)
An update to the post-construction maintenance plan must be submitted for approval every 3 years, or sooner in the event of any proposed major revision to planned maintenance activities or the adoption of any new technologies or techniques applicable to programmed maintenance.
(3)
Maintenance must be carried out as approved.
