If, due to stress of weather or any other cause, the master of a vessel determines that it is necessary to deposit the authorised deposits otherwise than in accordance with Condition 10(2) because the safety of human life or the vessel is threatened—
a
within 48 hours full details of the circumstances of the deposit must be notified to the MMO; and
b
at the written request of the MMO, the unauthorised deposits must be removed at the expense of the undertaker.
