1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Legal Aid (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 23rd March 2015.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 1998 Act” means the Crime and Disorder Act 1998(1);
“the 2003 Act” means the Sexual Offences Act 2003(2), and
“the General Regulations” means the Criminal Legal Aid (General) Regulations 2013(3).
