This Statutory Instrument is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of S.I. 2013/1964 as Part 5 of this Statutory Instrument corrects errors in that Statutory Instrument.

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Minister for the Civil Service makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2)(a), 2(1) and 3(1), (2), (3)(a) and (4) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013(1).
In accordance with section 21 of that Act, the Minister has consulted the representatives of such persons as appear to the Minister likely to be affected by these Regulations.
In accordance with section 3(5) of that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.
Pursuant to section 24(1) and (3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
